Welcome to FBN Productions - funny thinking at its best ... :)
ABOUT US:
Franksbnetwork Productions was established in October 18th 2008, when three students pulled together to make a series of parodies, initially beginning with a documentary style, improvised take on J. R. R. Tolkien's Lord Of The Rings and EON Productions' James Bond. After the success of the Lord Of The Rings Parody didn't particularly go as hoped, the team decided to stick with James Bond parodies, going on to produce Episodes 2, 3, Christmas Special and a Character interviews parody special. Then, fbnproductions built it's website around the upcoming new take to making parodies. After ditching both the old camera ware for upgrades and the short 3-4minute story lines, the team went to make proper 10-20 minute episodes taking the mickey out of Bond through satire and laugh out loud improvisation. There was also, notably, a one-off special of a Doctor Who parody, which was unfortunately discontinued as a requirement of funding was needed. We hope to continue this parody at the end of 2010.
fbnproductions came up with the bridge episode, "Secret Agent Man", which changed the way fbnproductions filmed the episodes, moving on to more thoroughly planned locations, ideas and storylines with better characters and twists. After Secret Agent Man, fbnproductions produced the groundbreaking "Swederaker", entitled as a mick take of Moonraker. "Swederaker" was the first Bond to be filmed in a snow like scene and given a location of Sweden. It gave birth to the Organisation trilogy parody with the hugely successful three-parter "Thorfinger" and the two-part finale, "Thunderthor". Bond's character was then killed off in a marvel of mickey take tunes and hilarious dances in 2010, in order to make way for a new path of filming. fbnproductions hopes to release their all new "CSI: Washington" parody of the huge U.S. hit, CSI Miami, by the end of upcoming May.
As well as the popular parodies by fbnproductions, there's also been a series of dance productions produced for numerous hit records such as "Horny as a Dandy", "Kung Fu Fighting", "Hot 'n' Cold" and "Crazy Frog." fbnproductions has also produced a video log, entitled, "Franks talks about Franks... (1)", which will hopefully be continued in the Summer.
The entire popular "THOR" trilogy is available under the video section!!

SISTER COMPANIES:
FLS FILMS (Franks, Lane & Shipway) In a way, this is the same company as fbnproductions, however this is the ideas and writing side of the company. Where fbnproductions is ran by Ben Franks and assisted by Peter Lane and Ben Shipway, it is still a company with operating staff including Kieran Marsh, Sadie-Lee Cooper and Alex Franks who've all appeared in an episode produced by fbn. However, FLS is strictly just the trio of writers, who for a while have been good friends and know how to get a good idea rolling. FLS was born during the filming of Secret Agent Man in 2009.
Franksbnetwork - Less of a "sister" company and more of fbnproductions' owners. Franksbnetwork is my global company name, used for hosting videos of all sorts, for sales, i.e. in my shop section through fbnproductions and also used in terms of writing. fbnproductions is a branch of Franksbnetwork, it itself being short for: Franksbnetwork's Production studios. Franksbnetwork was established pre-fbnproductions, most prominently in 2004-5, where I'd began a minature scale part of private retail of homemade Jams and Shell Pendant necklaces, in both cases making a handsome profit -- for a young teenager/child, me being only 11 or 12 years old.
